Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the websites, apps and services provided by L70 Labs ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The service

We provide productized websites and mobile apps on a subscription. Each plan includes the design, hosting, maintenance and support described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in euros or US dollars at the fixed price shown for that currency.
• There are no setup fees. Annual plans are charged at 10 times the monthly price.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.

3. Failed payments

If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. Your site or app stays online for a 7 day grace period. If payment has not succeeded after 7 days we pause the service, which replaces your site with a notice page. The service is restored automatically as soon as payment succeeds. We do not delete your content because of a failed payment.

4. Cancellation and minimum terms

Website plans can be cancelled at any time. App plans carry a 12 month minimum term. Full details are in our cancellation and minimum terms.

5. Your content and accounts

• You keep ownership of your content, logos, photos and data, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
• Apps are iPhone apps, published on the App Store through our Apple developer account under your business name and brand. Your content, data and customers remain yours. On request, we transfer the app to an Apple developer account you own, using Apple's app transfer process.
• You must not use the service for unlawful content, deceptive offers, or anything that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend a service that does.

6. Domains

You may connect a domain you own. You remain the registrant and are responsible for renewing it. We provide DNS instructions and SSL certificates while your plan is active.

7. Our templates and code

Templates, platform code and designs remain ours. While your plan is active you have a licence to use them for your business. When a plan ends, the site or app built on them goes offline.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
