Cancellation and minimum terms

Last updated 2 November 2026

Website plans (Starter and Pro)

  • Month to month, with no minimum term.
  • Cancel anytime from Dashboard, Billing. Your site stays live until the end of the period you already paid for, then goes offline.
  • Annual website plans can be cancelled anytime and stay live until the end of the paid year. Unused time is not refunded except where the law requires.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade between website plans at any time. Changes are prorated by Stripe.

App plans (Essentials and Growth)

  • 12 month minimum term starting on the date of your first payment. The app is designed, built and submitted up front, and the minimum term covers that work.
  • During the minimum term the plan cannot be cancelled. You can schedule a cancellation that takes effect at the end of the 12th month or later.
  • After the minimum term the plan continues month to month and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current period.
  • If payment fails during the minimum term, the remaining months of the term stay due. The app is paused after 7 days of non payment and restored when payment succeeds.
  • Annual billing on an app plan pays the minimum term up front, with 2 months free.

Right of withdrawal

Our plans are sold to businesses. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing by writing to us. If you asked us to start work during that period, we may charge for the work already done.
